GrowthINsight Counseling LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We have created this Privacy Policy to explain why we collect certain information about you when you use this website, and how we protect the privacy of that information. This Policy does not apply to your personal health information.  Please refer to GrowthINsight Counseling LLC Notice of Privacy Practices for information about use and disclosure of personal health information and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). By using the Website, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy. This is a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. 

GrowthINsight Counseling LLC respects the privacy of all visitors to its website. No personal information that you provide on our website is ever given, rented, shared, sold or transferred to any third party for their benefit. GrowthINsight Counseling LLC may use third parties to provide services on GrowthINsight Counseling LLC’s behalf, including, but not limited to, the client portal, hosting our web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and providing customer service. These companies and individuals may have access to your personal information solely for the purpose and to the extent necessary to perform their functions.

We collect two types of information from our website

1. Individually identifiable information you provide to us.

We will not disclose, sell or rent your name or any personal information about you to any third party. You do not need to give personal information to receive information from this site. There are instances online, however, when GrowthINsight Counseling LLC requests individually identifiable information from you such as but not including the use of the client portal. We may retain this information for processing and to facilitate requests. Information you submit to us is treated in the same confidential manner as information you might provide in a written format such as an application or donation form.

2. Aggregate information.

We use the aggregate information we collect to measure the number of visitors to the different pages and sections of our site, and to help us make our site more useful to visitors. The aggregate information we collect is not linked to personal information, and we do not report on individual user sessions.  Only unidentifiable, aggregate data is shared with outside resources.

We may store your information in locations outside the direct control of GrowthINsight Counseling LLC (for example, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Your information may be stored and processed in the United States, Europe, or any other country in which GrowthINsight Counseling LLC or service providers maintain facilities.

GrowthINsight Counseling LLC does not obtain detailed personal information about web site visitors. Some information about visitors' use of this website is collected automatically without any personal or identifying information.

This includes domain name from which a user accesses the internet, the date and time and duration user was connected to the site, the internet address of the website from which a user linked directly to this website, the type of browser used to access this site and the search engine and keywords used when searching for this site. This information is used to measure our website performance.

client portal

We use a third party which is HIPAA compliant for electronic communication, scheduling, billing, telehealth and EMR. Your sensitive data is hosted in a Tier 1 secure hosting provider specializing in helping healthcare organizations achieve and maintain HIPAA and HITRUST security requirements. 

credit card information

We use a third party to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions to manage the routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing using secure encrytion, including compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standard

e-mail inquiries

Our website contains e-mail links that allow you to easily send an e-mail inquiry or feedback to GrowthINsight Counseling LLC.  When you use the e-mail links, your e-mail address and the subject of your inquiry are provided to the intended recipient to respond to your specific request only.  By sending an email or using any links on this website you consent to telehealth communication and give GrowthINsight Counseling LLC permision to contact you via the platform you initiated communication with (ie email, phone, client portal, etc). By scheduling an appointment online you consent to receiving information from GrowthINsight Counseling LLC via email and text.  This includes but is not limited to appointment reminders and consents.

refund policy

Unless otherwise expressly provided, GrowthINsight Counseling LLC will issue a refund for fully substantiated claims of overpayment.  This general policy does not apply where GrowthINsight Counseling LLC has otherwise adopted a specific cancellation or refund policy. Credit cards will be charged in accordance to late arrival and cancellation policy. Payment is the responsibility of the client for any claim denied by insurance and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
